Casio have extended their range of digital cameras available through the launch of their latest model the EX-Z33. Although in the basic range of digital cameras, the EX Z-33 offers some great features that are sure to make it popular with some. Several features include 10.1 mega-pixels, 3x optical zoom lens and a 2.5 inch LCD screen display.

But that is not all, the EX Z-33 offers several other impressive features such as its automatic face recognition and a great automatic shutter mode that will shoot when there is no blur or the subject is smiling. This blur detection mode is very helpful for those that find their hands tend to shake when trying to take a photo.

Two other features that also make this a great camera are its best shot function that can allow for adaption and adjustment to suit the scene that the photo is being taken and also the capture function in YouTube mode. This video capture mode can allow the user to record several short clips and easily upload them to the YouTube website with ease due to the integrated features offered in the EX Z-33. Overall a great camera that makes it a popular choice for many of the ‘YouTube’ generation.

Recently announced, Canon has offered six new cameras in its highly popular PowerShot camera range allowing its customers the ability to choose from an assortment of various choices to best suit their photographic needs.

There are a range of great features offered by these new cameras such as the ‘Smart AUTO’ which can select the appropriate setting based on 22 varied photo shooting scenarios. There are also other features such as Canon’s DIGIC 4 Image Processor and increase in Megapixel sensor resulting in greater quality images.

The six new cameras launched by Canon include the PowerShot SD980 IS and PowerShot SD940 IS Digital ELPH Cameras offering style and performance. More advanced and aimed towards the higher end of the market are the PowerShot S90, PowerShot SX20 IS, PowerShot SX120 IS and a new inclusion to the G-series, the Canon PowerShot G11.
